St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church,Sunday School has been extremely happy to have Mrs Jovana Djoric as a Music Teacher
working with children from pre-school age to high school age students. Her excellent command over the subject and the ability to address the need of each student made her an outstanding professional in the field of Musical Education.I could say many good things about her expertise at the subject but to best describe her success as a teacher I will say that her students absolutely adore her. Mrs. Djoric has a special talent to win her students over,to motivate them and keep their attention. She is not only giving her students the Music Education,but also teaching them about the Musical tradition of the country their parents and grandparents came from -Serbia. Everything Mrs. Djoric does,she does it with smile,love and patience. Her honesty and reliability ensured that she was on good terms not only with other faculty members of our school but the whole church congregation.
With her numerous abilities, Mrs. Djoric will be no dout but an asset for any Children Institute.

Our son Marko is a student of Mrs. Jovana since October 2007. It is such a pleasure to have her as a piano teacher.
Jovana is very considerate, professional and know the value of music to a children's upbringing. My son has learned a lot and will continue to be her student till he decide to move to further his knowledge in piano lessons. Thank you for giving our son the opportunity to be your student.

Mrs. Jovana is a wonderful, charming, patient, and caring teacher with such outstanding skills in teaching children.
She bonded with my daughter, Alicia, and sparked her interest in music. Piano lessons with "Teacher Jovana" was the highlight of our week. We looked forward to our drive down Arroyo Drive, listening to our favorite nursery rhyme songs, and getting to class to be greeted by a warm, smiling, and welcoming Jovana.
Teacher Jovana had a wonderful rapport with my daughter. Not only did she do a phenomenal job at teaching her the piano, but she also embraced my child, gave her hugs, and encouraged her. Her warm spirit took away the intimidation and shyness that my daughter originally exuded. She brought the best out in my daughter, sparked her interest in the piano, and motivated her to play. Teacher Jovana had a way of reading my child's mood and physical disposition to help guide her lessons and tailor her instruction. That's smart teaching. It's one of the things that makes private lessons so effective for toddlers, and thus, highly desired by parents.

Jovana has been my son, Sebastian’s piano teacher since December 2009. She has been a pleasure to work with as well as being punctual and flexible.
My son looks forward to his bi-weekly piano lessons as if it were a play-date, because Jovana keeps it fun and interesting for him with games and surprises and something new every week. I am beyond pleased with all that he’s learned in this short time and how much confidence it has given him.
I have seen her work with other children of varying ages and temperaments. She is encouraging and patient with all people and inspires her students to improve and perform and is genuinely giddy for them when they do well.
Jovana’s greatest gift is her own passion for music and her ability to infect others with her enthusiasm. I give her my highest recommendation.

Jovana has been a piano teacher to my two elementary school children, Stefan (age 11) and Katarina (age 9). She has taught them for the past 2 years. This will be her third year working with my daughter. My son decided last year to continue with guitar, since he built good piano base skills.
Jovana is a great teacher. She is responsible, has always been here on time, and kids look forward to her classes. She is extremely creative and has made her classes interactive and fun. I have watched kids progress and get really confident - which is direct results of her lessons. She is always coming up with new and creative ways to keep them interested in the music they are working on.
I recommend her highly. Her enthusiasm and love for music and education of children is evident and very refreshing.

Jovanna is a wonderful gift to our family. She has been working with our nine year old son for two years and she is the perfect combination of structure and nurture.
